Graham Robertson Electrical Ltd Business Restructuring Spring 2013

After a thorough review of the consumer electronics market I have decided to restructure the business to reflect current customer trends and demands.

Bridge of Allan Sony Centre

The store has already begun a closing down sale which will end on Saturday 30^th March when the shop will close its doors for the final time. All existing orders will be fulfilled.

Falkirk Sony Centre

The management of the store will pass to a new company, Serafini Retail Limited, owned and operated by the current Sony Centre General Manager, Dean Serafini. As part of this process there will be a stock clearance sale. The new company has agreed to honour all existing warranties from both of our stores and will be delighted to provide all our existing customers with ongoing support and advice. It is anticipated that the changes will take effect from the first week of April.

Graham Robertson Custom Audio Visual

For the last ten years, our specialist audio visual installations have been managed by Stuart Craig from our Bridge of Allan store. Stuart has decided to start his own business offering all the same services and will operate from the offices at the existing Bridge of Allan address. Stuart will be fully supported by myself in his new venture.

Graham Robertson Electrical & Security Limited

There will be no changes at all to the business which will continue to operate from our offices at Springkerse Industrial Estate. The other elements of the restructuring will allow me to focus all my efforts and time on this part of my business. I anticipate working closely with both of the new businesses in the coming weeks, months and years and have every confidence that the changes will serve all our customers well.
