Just wanted to send an email saying how impressed we were with the quality of service we received.
Right from the start of making contact with Louise and booking the job in. We had a few questions about what kind of system we should install and they were answered and very clear.
The installers turned up when they said they would just after 8.00am – Gave a good heads up as to what was being installed and where – then proceeded with the installation.
Very clean and tidy – Hovering up all mess – they were very courteous to our customers moving tools and step ladders out of harm’s way. Once the system was installed they gave a very clear and concise hand over going through every detail of the paper work and how the system worked – Programmed in the phone numbers the digital dialler would need and showed me how to change numbers if needed.
Panic button was explained in detail just how to operate and reset as needed- Emergency numbers where highlighted to us and full audible and silent alarms where tested.
We cannot complement them highly enough – A great asset to your company – infact from every aspect of contact with your company it was a pleasure to do business with you.
We decided to send this email as we feel people are very quick to complain and do not give praise where it’s needed.
We will not hesitate to recommend your company to any of business colleagues.
